Just a few questions that came to my mind when this book was recommended to me by my agile coach. And boy I was wrong. From the get go the book hits you with Its practical no-nonsense style. It only has 9 chapters but each chapter is power packed with concepts that you can use everyday. Some authors write only to sell. This author has written to change technology teams from the inside. There is no selling of crappy frameworks or eccentric methodologies. I have already read it twice and am applying the concepts in my teams. It will be a cliche to say that I couldn't put it down. Each chapter was an eye opener. I highly recommend this little green gem. ( Reviewed in the United States on October 28, 2021 )
